Every bedroom and shared room connects to a larger residential layout with cooking, dining, laundry, work, and outdoor gathering space. Fire use, parking, winter access, and quiet hours remain subject to the property’s policies.
- Kitchen and Dining
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, slow cooker, rice cooker, cookware, dishes, utensils, spices, and a large island. Indoor and outdoor dining areas provide several places for group meals.
- Living and Work Spaces
The open living area includes comfortable seating, Smart televisions, a dining table, ceiling fans, and a stone gas fireplace. A dedicated home office provides a quieter place for remote work or trip planning.
- Deck and Outdoor Features
A private wraparound deck includes patio furniture, outdoor dining, a gas grill, hammock, pond outlooks, and mountain views. A fire pit is available, though guests must follow local fire restrictions and supply approved firewood.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, keyless entry, towels, linens, paper products, trash bags, and hair dryers are provided. The house does not have air conditioning.

The driveway accommodates up to eight vehicles. Smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, first-aid supplies, and one outward-facing security camera are listed. Four-wheel or all-wheel drive may be necessary during winter conditions.
