Guests receive residential amenities and exclusive use of the property, but every bedroom and shared room remains subject to occupancy limits, quiet hours, safety rules, stair access, and reservation-specific cancellation terms.

• Check-In, Check-Out, and Minimum Age

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Government-issued photo identification and a valid payment method may be required.

• Payment and Cancellation

Payment and prepayment conditions depend on the selected reservation. Cancellation terms also vary by rate, so the applicable deadline should be reviewed before confirmation. Special requests remain subject to approval and availability.

• Pets, Smoking, and Events

Pets are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, and parties, events, bachelor gatherings, and similar group functions are not allowed.

Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM. Guests using the fire pit must comply with current county fire restrictions. Wildlife, including bears and moose, may enter the area, so food, rubbish, and children should not be left unattended outdoors.

Eight exterior steps are required to enter the two-story house with walkout basement. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the main floor, but interior stairs lead to other areas. Driveway parking is available, and four-wheel or all-wheel drive may be needed in winter.
